Designing a facility is one thing, and getting it built on time is another. Dry Clean Design offers its expertise in this area as well. In most cases a General Contractor, Plumbing Contractor, Electrical Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, and even a special Equipment Installation Contractor will be involved in the building of a store. The process includes finding contractors, requesting prices, evaluating bids, and awarding contracts – all while plans are being reviewed for permits. After permits are pulled, contractors must start on time, finish when promised and stay out of each others way.

Some of our clients are well versed in this process, but many are not. If this is your first store, you probably need our help. If you have been through the process before, you may still benefit from our expertise. In any case Dry Clean Design is able to help.

Typically we visit a jobsite 3 to 4 times along the way. And throughout the building process we guide our clients and contractors including the architect as needed.
